When you buy insurance you naturally have faith that the insurer would pay you if and when you claim.  You fill out the initial paperwork and expect everything to happen smoothly if you claim one day.

Expertise around how to put together and manage a claim can help take all the stress away.  Knowledge and experience can be absolutely critical sometimes.  Together with my knowledge of products, policy interpretations, underwriting and claims, I have the background to guide you through the claims process. 

Difficulty with some claims

When you first bought insurance you naturally had faith that the insurer would pay you if you claimed.  You fill out the initial paperwork and expect everything happen smoothly.

Here are some examples when you ought to consider assistance:

• when you are not able, or are not well enough, and it's more important to concentrate of the healing process rather than 'battle' what's being asked for.

• you are having trouble locating some medical or financial information you're being asked for.

• you have not told your insurer something you should have informed them of in your medical history when filling out the application, or while waiting for your policy to be issued, or

• you feel your case manager is inexperienced or being uncooperative handling your claim or understanding your side.

All this at a time when you simply don't have the health or energy to source what an insurer is insisting on.  This may also be a time you need to concentrate of the healing process rather than battle with anyone.

To manage these requests often happens at time when you're already under considerable stress and you just want someone to help you through this.  You need clear direction and in control.

Claim Disputes

Fees Structure

There is no charge if we are unsuccessful in obtaining a claim payment, i.e. "No gain, no pay". Additionally, there is no charge for issues that can be resolved during our initial discussion.
